This morning at 6 a.m. in rush hour traffic your employee was Dean messing with his phone.

Shortly after we all came to a curve at 29th and I 44 and the driver was obviously still messing with his phone. When we curved he didn't. He over corrected and the entire semi left the ground. He was in the farestlane to right and I was in fast lane next to him.

Two pickup swerved to miss the tires and Sparks and burning rubber. He was very careless and if I was a foot or more farther up he would of killed me. I suffer from anxiety due to a motorcycle accident and I am a wreck and have been all day. I cried and was shaking when I finally made it to work .

Your employee almost costed you a very large lawsuit not only that whatever product he hasn't that trailer could have or probably was damaged.

What's even more disturbing for me and has my nerves on the edge is today is a year anniversary from another accident I have and to see your driver axle careless it has made me feel very uncomfortable driving next to any semi for the size difference and he doesn't realize what he could do to the smaller cars around him. My panic attacks and anxiety has been unbareable.

my windshield was broken while i was on highway 599 on 3-16-18 i filed a claim and rude selfish company wont pay to repair it . instead want to take the little that my family has to repair something there employee broke, but Robin Lockhart from there claim dept said its not there fault . she wanted me to try to stop the truck driver like really with all this killing and road rage out here dumb, it scared my self and daughter cause it hit us hard it was load i thought it had came throw dont even want to imagine what that would of done. this there letter to me and family,

This letter is in reference to the above incident. The facts reported to Stevens Transport was a rock flew from under the back of our trailer, causing damage to your windshield.

If a rock falls from a truck, hits the road first, and then ran over by another vehicle causing said rock to hit your windshield, the driver of that truck is not responsible. As soon as the rock hits the ground, it’s considered a road hazard. The only way a driver is responsible for damage to your windshield, would be if the rock falls directly from the truck onto your windshield.

Therefore, we must respectfully decline your claim in its entirety. Please present your

windshield damage to your personal automobile carrier for resolution.

Aug 25,2017.i got an text Stating that He Mr.David Nunez was Stevens Insurance Claim.He was calling too say Aug 24,2017 That Christopher Lockett and Team driver Mr.Brooke Harris Bodies were found Drown as was your Stevens Truck Submerged undwater on the exact night Hurricane Harvey hit Corpus Christi.. Mr Nunez was as i told police about this i knew either it was fraud becausr this man asked me too send money so Stevens can plan his burial since Christopher didnt have a next of kin but me.

I called the police they too this is strange.Ive been in Canada im just back in states.i still have not heard from Christopher.So please help me i am sucidal i havent spoke or seen Christopher.He eould call me on Stevens phone i have left at least a hundred messages .Even the Stevens David Nunez must be a fraud who used or found the phone.Why would this David Nunez do such or say Christophet Lockett and Supervisor Brooke Harris are dead Tammy Can you call San Antonio and ask if Either Chrustopher Lockett and Mr.Brooke Harris are Dead or either both are mussing and they both no longer are employed .Something is really bizarre happening.Extortion from a death had been very stressful and suicidal .i am adking for any information on this.
