Now, here's the "math" regrding just how much they make off of their school scams. 40 students per week at 18,000 a piece comes out to 2 million eight hundred thousand per month. That is over 34 million per year. Why put trucks on the road when you can steal from everyone going to school? Can you say, "CLASS ACTION SUIT?!?!" I'll keep you posted...

FRAUD has to do with gross misrepresentation-you know outright lies that cause someone harm personally and/or financially?-Operating under false pretenses. Yes, a Class Action Suit is indeed in order here and from what I have discussed with a couple of attorneys, completely winnable if you want to spend the time. So "HOSEMAN" or was that "HORSEMAN?" Sorry, it's easy to confuse... The ONLY thing that "reaks" is your opinion that there are any "falsities" or "ignorance" of any kind. Oh, and with regrads to the Steven's "Lifestyle" being the issue...Are you high? Anyone who would willingly and blindly go along with a lifestyle that included swallowing an overwhelming pantload for a burger-flipping wage, hanging out at truck stops with the scum of the earth-trailer trash and driving on the road with insipid hillbillies is a fool. If that's a lifestyle you keep it-I think it suits you well... Enjoy it. |

| 6. Written by The Horseman, on 05-06-2008 09:11 First off, you are not required to sign on to the company insurance, it is optional. I worked for them a few years back, and carried my own health insurance! As far as going to Dallas for the company doctors and rehab, that is under the companies Workman's Comp Policy, when you are injured on the job. This is standard procedure for all large companies anymore! The personal and family medical plan they have in place, is no different than any other PPO plan in the country. You choose your doctors in or out of the network, and pay a set deductible and fee! Your threat of a class action suit reaks of ignorance. Maybe you should do more research, before you start spouting falsities. Just because Steven's did not fit your style of life, has nothing to do with fraud! |
